What we collect and why

• When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and order details, so that we can fulfil and deliver your order and deal with any returns. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• When you join a waitlist or mailing list: your name and email address, so that we can send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• When you contact us: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us, so that we can reply.

We rely on our contract with you to process orders, on your consent for mailing lists, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for everything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: our website and store provider (GoDaddy), our payment provider (Stripe), the maker who produces and dispatches made-to-order items, and delivery services. Some of these providers store information outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for up to two years.

Your rights
