I believe the greatest journeys do not change who we are.
They help us remember.
I write from the south coast of England, where most of my thinking happens on the beach before the day starts.
After twenty years helping other people organise their lives, I realised the greatest luxury is not more doing.
It is having room to think.

Stewardship
Some women have learned to measure their worth by how much they can carry.
Stewardship gives you somewhere to put some of it down.
A journal for the woman you are — and the woman who is emerging. Nine chapters of short reflections, each followed by room to answer for yourself.
There are no correct answers here — only honest ones.
The questions are simple, but they don't let you off lightly.
